Harrods Estates has recently established the “Acquisitions department”, which provides a professional and personal, service to buyers wishing to purchase residential property in Central London and the Home Counties.
The acquisitions team act solely in the best interests of the buyer, working to ensure that our Clients gain access to the broadest selection of properties on and, in some cases, off the market, whilst buying at the most competitive prices.
Clients will benefit from the established relationship Harrods Estates has developed with many estate agents and developers, ensuring that our Clients become the preferred bidder.
Boasting a personally tailored, bespoke and impartial service to all our Clients, we will seek to advise on all aspects of the purchase process including: Purchase management, Removals, interior design and after sales care.
In the event that Clients are considering investing in property, we will provide them with an insite into the London and Country residential property market, with the focus on financial optimisation of the investment.
In Central London, we act for buyers with budgets in excess of £400,000 (the minimum cost of a one bedroom apartment), and in the Country we act for those Clients with a budget in excess of £800,000.
Previous acquisitions by Harrods Estates include: 6,000 sq.ft duplex penthouse in Mayfair, Penthouse in St John’s Wood overlooking Lords Cricket ground and a 5 bedroom detached house in Coombe Hill, Surrey.
